1. A lovely sunny winters day. Always lifts the spirits when the sun is shining, even if it’s not a warm day.
2. Google Talk helps to shrink the miles between loved ones.
3. A hearty cooked breakfast of bacon,eggs, sausages, baked beans and toast.

3. Broke under the 190 lb barrier today!

Enjoying the fresh air and stillness, sitting outside eating breakfast.  Some children playing can be heard faintly in the distance.

A warm refreshing shower, which is always at least a little invigorating, even first thing in the morning, when I am not at my best.

Watching a cat outside that is barely moving, but is diligently watching everything in sight.

Got up and cleared out my email inbox first thing. It’s always good to see that empty!

Tucked into an old favorite for breaksfast – Shredded Wheat and warm milk.

Went out for a walk.  The weather was very gray and overcast, and there were a few threatening raindrops, but they didn’t materialize and the walk was invigorating.
