The concept is to write something about the three things each day that stopped and made you think good things, or that were a pleasant moment in some way.
Of course, we all suffer the trials and tribulations of life, and sometimes when we have ‘those’ days, it can be difficult to find three such moments.
However, I think 3BT becomes even more valuable at those times, as it’s important to realize that even when we’re having a real lousy day, or going through an unpleasant period in our lives, there are always special, uplifting moments to think about and dwell on.
